The Minister-Designate for Tourism, Arts, and Culture, Abla Dzifa Gomashie, has restated her dedication to advancing President John Dramani Mahama’s vision for the tourism sector.
In a recent vetting before Parliament’s Appointments Committee, Gomashie emphasized the vital role of the tourism, arts, and culture industry in bolstering the national economy.
She pledged to align her efforts with President Mahama’s policy direction for the sector, particularly in creating opportunities for youth development and economic growth.
Gomashie assured the youth of Ghana that the President is committed to providing them with the necessary support to thrive and contribute to building a strong economy.
“I will put my shoulders to the wheel and assist him to achieve that,” she affirmed. Gomashie also highlighted the importance of infrastructure in boosting the hospitality industry, emphasizing the need for strategic investments in this area to drive growth and sustainability.
