Ghanaian artist Article Wan has expressed his desire to perform at the upcoming Telecel Ghana Music Awards.
In a recent Facebook post, the ‘The Thing’ hitmaker called on the organizers, Charterhouse, to consider including him in the lineup of performers for the award ceremony.
Article Wan highlighted the importance of having quality artists who can deliver memorable performances on stage, as opposed to just “jump and go” acts. He also suggested having more enthusiastic supporters seated in the front row to create a lively atmosphere and hype up the event.
Meanwhile, Charterhouse has officially opened nominations for the 26th Telecel Ghana Music Awards.
Submissions for all commercially released works in 2024 are being accepted until February 16, 2025. The categories for the awards have also been revised, with details available on the official website and social media pages.
