Africa Art Mart, in collaboration with Beyond the Return, is thrilled to present the “Beyond the Icons: A Celebration of African Legends” Art and Photo Exhibition.
Taking place from Saturday, December 21 to Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, this exhibition aims to pay homage to Africa’s most influential figures and their contributions to the continent.
The event will showcase remarkable artworks by renowned artists such as Sharon Dede Padiki, Philip Kumah, and Audrey Bruce.
The featured icons span from Ghana’s own Kwame Nkrumah and Nelson Mandela to global figures like Haile Selassie, Martin Luther King Jr., and Maya Angelou.
Visitors can look forward to engaging activities throughout the 10-day exhibition, including exclusive art displays, interactive sessions with the artists, and cultural performances inspired by the icons.
