I would have left Ghana if NPP had won the election – Blakk Rasta

Celebrated Ghanaian musician and broadcaster, Blakk Rasta, recently revealed in an interview on Joy FM that he had considered leaving the country prior to the election.

The artist shared that he had already made plans to relocate abroad while waiting for the election results.

During the interview on Showbiz A-Z with Kwame Dadzie, Blakk Rasta expressed his discontent with the current government and explained that if the ruling NPP had retained power, he would have taken the decision to leave Ghana.

He emphasized his desire for change and expressed his frustration with the government’s performance.

Blakk Rasta compared his potential departure from Ghana to Nigerian author Wole Soyinka’s promise to give up his American passport if Donald Trump won his first election.

The musician stated that he was prepared to follow through on his words and move out of the country if the election results did not align with his hopes.
