Ghanaian highlife musician, Kwaisey Pee, has revealed that he is not the favorite among younger musicians. According to him, this is because he believes in speaking the bitter truth when advising the up-and-coming artists.
During an interview on Joy Prime’s Changes show with Roselyn Felli, Kwaisey Pee expressed his thoughts on how his honesty is often misunderstood as hatred towards the younger generation.
He mentioned that whenever he voices his opinions, people tend to think he is hating on someone or holds grudges against the young talents.
Despite facing backlash from some younger artists who reject his collaboration requests, Kwaisey Pee remains unfazed. He emphasized the importance of listening to the advice of older musicians for career growth and success in the industry.
In a bid to avoid further animosity, Kwaisey Pee has made a conscious decision not to speak about any artist in 2025.
