The Standard Chartered Bank Head of Office Building, managed by Clubhouse Ghana Limited, recently hosted a vibrant Christmas tree-lighting event to kickstart the festive season for tenants and staff.

Located on Independence Avenue in North Ridge, the building boasts a stunning view of the Ako Adjei Interchange and is home to reputable organizations like Standard Chartered Bank Head office, Google Ghana Limited, and Newmont Ghana Limited.

It was a first-time celebration for the building as officials and staff from tenant companies gathered to witness the lighting of an impressive eight-feet Christmas tree adorned with garlands, LED lights, and a sparkling star on top.

The ceremony, led by Ms. Madaline Smit, Portfolio Executive Manager of Lango Portfolio-Broll Ghana Ltd, was accompanied by the soulful tunes of solo acoustic guitarist, Nii Sowah.

Janet Ghartey, Senior Property Manager at AFC and SCB, expressed the significance of the event, emphasizing the importance of unity and hope during the holiday season.

Special guests at the ceremony included Kindergarten pupils from Queen Elizabeth II Educational Foundation in Accra, a school that benefitted from Clubhouse Ghana’s CSR initiatives earlier in the year.
