With the 2024 general elections drawing near, popular dancehall artist Stonebwoy has disclosed that he has been approached by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to perform at their campaign rallies.
While Stonebwoy has not directly engaged with any NDC representatives yet, he is contemplating the offer, particularly focusing on the financial aspect.
During a recent interview on Hitz FM, Stonebwoy expressed his willingness to perform if the conditions were favorable, indicating that he would allocate a portion of his earnings to support his annual Bhim Festival.
In addition to discussing the performance offer, the artist emphasized the significance of maintaining peace during the election period.
Stonebwoy firmly declared, “When you see me on any platform, I’m performing for peace, whether NPP, NDC, or CPP, it’s for peace because we are one Ghana. Ghana first, Ghana must win in the end.”
This statement underscores his commitment to promoting unity and harmony irrespective of political affiliations.
