Ghanaian gospel musician Joe Mettle has raised concerns about the quality of airplanes that fly to Ghana from other countries.
In a recent post on X, he expressed his dissatisfaction with the standard of aircraft that come to Ghana compared to those that go to other African nations.
Mettle highlighted that countries with shorter destination distances receive better airplanes than Ghana. He questioned why flights to Ghana are operated by less superior planes, despite having expensive tickets.
The musician also mentioned that even shorter flight distances to other destinations are served by better aircraft.
“It seems like we are being given subpar planes without insisting on better options,” Mettle wrote. He emphasized that the tickets for these flights are not cheap, adding to the frustration of passengers.
