There have been rumors circulating that Kuami Eugene has parted ways with Lynx Entertainment, but the artist has come out to set the record straight.
In an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM, Kuami Eugene addressed the rumors, stating that they are false and purely speculative.
“If there was an official exit like everyone is talking about, I’ve not put anything out, Lynx has not put anything out and people are just trying to end our contact for us,” Kuami Eugene said.
He emphasized that if there ever comes a time when he decides to leave the record label, there will be an official communication from both parties.
In addition, Kuami Eugene revealed that he is still actively working with Lynx Entertainment. He mentioned sending a song to Richie, the CEO of Lynx, a couple of days ago for a project.
“What I am trying to say is that me and Lynx are still working. I just sent a song to Richie two days ago on a project he is working on and he needs me to do one or two things for him, so we are so cool,” he noted.
Kuami Eugene also reassured fans that if he were to leave Lynx Entertainment in the future, it would be made public knowledge.
For now, Kuami Eugene is focused on his music and recently released his latest single, “Belinda.”
