Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing serious allegations of rape and assault in a lawsuit filed in California.

The accuser, Ashley Parham, claims that the musician threatened her with a knife and raped her in retaliation for suggesting his involvement in the murder of Tupac Shakur.

Mr Combs has not yet responded to the allegations, but he has consistently denied all claims of sexual assault. He has also denied any involvement in the unsolved murder of Tupac Shakur in Las Vegas in 1996.

According to legal documents, Ms Parham alleges that she met one of Mr Combs’ friends in 2018 and refused to participate in a video call with the rapper because she believed he was connected to Tupac’s murder.

As a result, she claims Mr Combs threatened her, leading to a terrifying ordeal where she was held at knifepoint, raped, and threatened with her life.

Despite reporting the incident to the authorities, Ms Parham claims no further action was taken.

She is now suing Mr Combs and six others for sexual assault, battery, abuse, false imprisonment, and kidnapping, and is demanding a trial by jury.

This case is just one of many accusations that have been made against Mr Combs in the past year.

Several other cases of rape, sexual assault, and physical abuse have been lodged against him, including allegations of molesting a 16-year-old boy.

Mr Combs is currently awaiting trial on federal criminal charges of racketeering and sex trafficking. His lawyers have requested the identities of his accusers to prepare for the trial, which is scheduled to begin in May 2025.

Despite the mounting allegations, Mr Combs has maintained his innocence, with his lawyers describing the lawsuits as a “money grab” and attempts to gain publicity.
