Dr. Louisa Satekla, the wife of award-winning artist Stonebwoy, recently made a heartfelt donation to a fan of her husband who had sadly lost his hand in a motor accident.

The fan, Samiru Laryea (also known as Bhim Bwoy), was involved in a tragic incident that led to the amputation of his hand. Upon hearing the news, Dr. Louisa visited Samiru at the Surgical and Plastic Unit of the Bu Teaching Hospital on Tuesday, October 8, 2024.

Although Stonebwoy was not able to be physically present, he spoke to Samiru over the phone, offering words of encouragement and promising to visit him in the near future. The donation was made on behalf of the Livingstone Foundation, an initiative set up by Stonebwoy to support those in need within the community.

It was revealed that Samiru, who works as a loctician, had stopped his motorbike at Korle Gorno to urinate when he was struck by another bike, resulting in a life-altering accident.

The generous gesture from Dr. Louisa and Stonebwoy reflects their commitment to giving back to society and supporting those who are facing challenging circumstances.

The video of the donation was shared on social media, showcasing the kindness and compassion shown by the Sateklas towards their fan in need. This act of generosity serves as a reminder of the importance of lending a helping hand to those in times of adversity.
