Ghana’s Blackstar International Film Festival was officially launched on Tuesday evening, 17th of September 2024, at the Silverbird Cinema in Accra Mall.
The event saw the presence of Ghana’s biggest movie stars who came out to show their support.
One of the highlights of the festival launch was the pre-screening of Lynx Entertainment’s much-anticipated movie “Pawn.”
The cast and crew of the movie, including Adjetey Anang, Nikki Samonas, Pascal AKA, and other celebrated actors like Chris Attoh, graced the occasion with their presence.
“Pawn,” the first feature film by Lynx Entertainment, is set for release in November 2024.
Despite its upcoming release, the movie has already received rave reviews, building up excitement for its official premiere.
The event was a star-studded affair, with the who’s who of the Ghanaian movie industry in attendance. The festival launch set the stage for what promises to be an exciting and culturally enriching event for movie lovers in Ghana.
