UK-based Afrobeats rising star, Idris Oluwadamilare, popularly known as oShamo, is set to release his highly anticipated debut EP titled “First Of My Kind” on October 11.

This comes after the viral success of his hit single ‘Life of the Party’ and the critical acclaim of ‘oSha-Piano,’ which earned him a coveted Spotify RADAR cover.

To give a sneak peek of the project, oSHAMO recently hosted an exclusive listening party in London over the weekend.

The EP, featuring the final preview track “Alaska,” showcases a diverse blend of fuji, hip-hop, and amapiano genres, all steeped in his Nigerian heritage while also pushing the boundaries of contemporary afrobeats.
