Renowned traditional Ghanaian musician, Michael Adangba, has recently released a new song titled “Mapeneso” as a tribute to God for sparing his life following a near-death experience.
The song comes after a successful open-heart surgery that was performed in South Africa in order to save his life.
Adangba had been diagnosed with Cardiomegaly, a condition also known as an enlarged heart.
Medical experts warned that this condition put him at a higher risk of heart attack and heart failure due to the heart’s inability to efficiently pump blood.
After undergoing the life-saving surgery, Adangba expressed his gratitude to God through his music, using “Mapeneso” as a platform to share his appreciation for being given a second chance at life.
