KNUST student to embark on Guinness World Record for longest video game marathon

A student from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Ghana is set to make history by attempting to break the Guinness World Record for the longest video game marathon.

The student, whose name has not been disclosed yet, will aim to surpass the current record of 138 hours and 34 minutes of continuous gaming.

According to reports, the student is a passionate gamer who has been training for this marathon challenge for months.

He has been practicing with various games to improve his endurance and concentration levels, as well as setting up a rigorous schedule to ensure he can stay awake and focused throughout the attempt.

The Guinness World Record attempt is expected to take place on the KNUST campus, where the student will be closely monitored by witnesses and official adjudicators to verify his progress and ensure that all rules and regulations are followed.
