The Accra Indie Filmfest (AiF) is gearing up for its 6th edition of the festival set to take place from July 29th to August 3rd, 2024. This year’s theme, “Africa to the world, the world to Africa,” aims to showcase a diverse selection of short films from 30 different countries.
After meticulous screenings and deliberations, the festival’s 7-member jury, consisting of seasoned filmmakers and critics from around the world, have selected 63 short films in various categories such as animation, narrative films, music films, student films, documentaries, and digital stories to be part of this year’s lineup.
Attendees can expect an enhanced experience at this year’s festival, with additional activities including masterclasses, industry conversations, an art exhibition, the AiF Music Synergy Concert, and an awards gala.
