When asked if he would be surprised if he didn’t win the Artiste of the Year category, King Promise confidently replied, “Yea, hundred percent,” emphasizing the hard work and dedication he has put into his music over the past year.

The competition for the Artiste of the Year award includes other prominent artists such as Stonebwoy, Kuami Eugene, Sarkodie, Nacee, and Black Sherif. Despite his tough competition, King Promise remains focused on his music and recently released a new song titled ‘Favourite Story,’ featuring Sarkodie and Olivetheboy.

The 25th Telecel Ghana Music Awards ceremony is set to take place on June 1, 2025, at the Accra International Conference Centre. Alongside the Artiste of the Year award, other categories to be presented include Songwriter of the Year, Record of the Year, Collaboration of the Year, Most Popular Song of the Year, New Artiste of the Year, and Gospel Song of the Year.
