Musician Showboy recently shared his side of the story regarding the altercation with Junior US that led to his imprisonment.
Showboy explained that Junior US was the one who initiated the confrontation in his home, refuting claims that he provoked the fight and was responsible for Junior US’s death.
Showboy revealed that he immediately disliked Junior US, whom he met through Criss Waddle, and tried to keep his distance despite Junior US’s attempts to befriend him.
The altercation occurred when Showboy tried to eject Junior US from his apartment, leading to a violent confrontation where Junior US attacked him with a knife. Showboy defended himself, and there is video evidence of the incident.
After the altercation, Junior US’s condition worsened, and the authorities accused Showboy of stabbing him in a parking lot after an argument about cannabis.
Showboy’s criminal history initially led to a 40-year sentence, but a video showing his self-defense reduced it to 15 years, later adjusted to 6 years.
Showboy maintains that he had no role in Junior US’s death, and believes that the narrative surrounding his involvement in the incident is misconstrued.
