The National Democratic Congress (NDC) National Executive Committee (NEC) has officially endorsed Prof. Naana Opoku-Agyemang as the running mate for flagbearer John Dramani Mahama in the upcoming 2020 presidential elections.
The decision was made after a meeting held by the NEC to discuss and finalize the selection of a running mate for the party. Prof. Naana Opoku-Agyemang, a former Minister of Education and the first female Vice-Chancellor of a Ghanaian university, was unanimously approved by the committee.
