The Minority Leader in Parliament has called on the outgoing Majority Leader, Osei Kyei-Mensah Bonsu, to share his wealth of experience with the house as he transitions to a new role within the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Osei Kyei-Mensah Bonsu has been appointed as the Chairman of the party’s 2024 Election Manifesto Committee, prompting his resignation from his leadership position in Parliament. In response to this, the Minority Leader expressed admiration for Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu’s dedicated leadership throughout his nearly two-decade tenure.
Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson emphasized the importance of Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu’s institutional knowledge and expertise in assisting the House with government business.
