Kelly Bishop, born in Colorado Springs, Colorado on February 28, 1944, had a successful career as an actress and dancer. She is best known for her role in Gilmore Girls and the 1987 film, Dirty Dancing. She also appeared in other TV shows and Broadway performances.
In 2016, Bishop reprised her role in the streaming platform’s miniseries, Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life. She was also featured in movies such as Wonder Boys and Friends with Kids.
