Former Deputy General Secretary for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Nana Obiri Boahen has had a change of heart regarding his decision to form his own political party.
Some time ago, it was reported that the private legal practitioner was considering leaving the NPP due to not being given a role in the 2024 campaign.
He expressed feeling undervalued and therefore announced his intention to depart from the political party he had dedicated years of service to.
However, in an interview with OKAY FM in Accra, Nana Obiri Boahen declared, “I have reconsidered my decision to exit the party. I am unable to divulge all the details on air.”
Furthermore, Nana Obiri Boahen has been appointed as a member of the local government subcommittee within the political party’s manifesto committee.
