No directive was issued by the Asantehene to discontinue chairman Wontumi’s case, says Manhyia Palace sources.
The Kumasi Traditional Council covers the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly, Greater Kumasi, and parts of Ashanti, Bono, and Ahafo Regions.
KTC includes chiefs from 77 suburbs of Kumasi and various divisions representing the Council.
Bantamahene is the acting President of KTC in consultation with other Council members.
