There was an interesting turn of events in Ghana’s Parliament when Majority Leader, Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu resigned from his role, following a day filled with rumors and denials.
This decision left the feeling in the Chamber mixed the following day as scores of legislators were seated for the day’s business.
Mr. Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu walked in but chose a different seat from his usual, taking the first seat on the second row.
