Afro-rock sensation, Wiyaala, is set to embark on an exciting musical journey starting on May 31, 2024. This journey will span over eleven weeks, with a new single being released every Friday until August 9, 2024.
In a statement by her manager, John Sherren, it was revealed that Wiyaala is gearing up for the release of her third studio album in the latter part of the year. The upcoming releases will include a remix of her hit song ‘Rock My Body’ featuring Jupitar.
Wiyaala had a remarkable year in 2023, highlighted by her successful European tour and performances for prominent figures such as the Vice President of the USA, Kamala Harris, and the Presidents of Ghana and Italy. Additionally, she graced the stage at the Africa Games in Accra and established the Lioness Kingdom in Funsi, a facility that boasts 16 guest rooms, a restaurant, a recording studio, and two stages including the Wiyaala Arts Centre.
The Lioness of Africa’s influence extends beyond the continent as she is currently en route to Slovenia for a summer season of European performances, having been recently spotted in the UK.
