Virtual music band Vezsel Music, created by SYBS’ House, has burst onto the music scene with their debut single, “Asa Papa.” This vibrant Afrobeat track is the first release from their upcoming EP, “Joy in the Morning.”
As part of SYBS’ House, which aims to cultivate Christ-like character, creative competence, and a sense of belonging in teens and tweens for societal contributions, Vezsel Music hopes to inspire a generation through its music.
“Asa Papa,” which means “Good Dance” in Twi, delivers a powerful message of gratitude and celebration, urging listeners to embrace joy and hope in the face of life’s challenges.
The song combines vibrant Afrobeat rhythms with uplifting themes and soulful melodies, reflecting Vezsel Music’s mission to spread love, hope, and faith.
The band consists of members from various African countries and the diaspora, ranging from 8 to 17 years old. SYBS’ House was founded by Craftswoman and Consultant, Nana Afriyah Frimpong, with the goal of providing a safe space for teenagers and pre-teens to express their faith and creativity freely.
