Ghanaian music fans are in for a treat as the talented reggae/dancehall artiste, Samini, gears up to headline the upcoming Live Konnect event in June.
The event, which is set to take place on June 29, 2024, at Soho Bar, Marina Mall in Accra, will also feature performances from Ghana’s top live bands – the Greatest Band and the Groove House Band.
Opening the stage for Samini will be the popular Greatest Band, known for their captivating performances that have won the hearts of many music enthusiasts in Accra.
The event, hosted by KOD, promises to be a night to remember for all patrons in attendance.
Organized by the renowned Ghanaian Disc Jockey, DJ Mensah, Live Konnect has become one of the most highly anticipated entertainment events in the country.
Over the years, the event has seen performances from top Ghanaian musicians such as Sarkodie, Kwabena Kwabena, Sista Afia, Amerado, Okyeame Kwame, and Mr. Drew, leaving the audience with unforgettable experiences.
Samini, whose real name is Emmanuel Andrews Sammini, is a talented musician known for his unique blend of highlife, dancehall, reggae, and hip-hop.
With seven successful studio albums under his belt, Samini rose to fame with his hit single ‘Linda’ and has since solidified his position as one of Ghana’s musical icons.
