RichieO, an Afro-Gospel artist based in America, has once again achieved great success with his annual concert, The Gathering.
The event, which took place at the Grace 2 Grace Center in Maryland, USA on Sunday, 1st September 2024, attracted hundreds of attendees from the DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas.
The second edition of The Gathering was a unique live music experience that exceeded expectations. RichieO, the headline artist, performed a variety of Afro-themed praise songs, medleys, covers, and tracks from his Christian Afrobeats collection.
Some of the notable songs included “4Life” featuring Nigerian singer Lade, “Jara”, and “Daadaa” featuring Omari Kissi Jnr. and Emmanuel Smith, who also wowed the audience with his performance during the event.
In addition to RichieO, guest artists such as UK-based Eugy Official, US-based Anike, Guyana-based Samuel Medas, and Obenewa also delivered spiritually inspired performances across various music genres including Contemporary Gospel, Christian Rap, and Reggae.
RichieO expressed his satisfaction with the event, stating that the guest artists brought their best performances and the audience thoroughly enjoyed them. The concert also featured moments of worship and altar calls, creating a complete and wholesome experience for all attendees.
