Ghanaian entertainment pundit and artist manager, Mr. Logic, has caused a stir by calling out Ghanaian artists for their lack of gratitude towards music executives.
In an interview with Blakk Rasta on 3FM, Mr. Logic criticized artists for not appreciating the hard work and efforts put in by music executives, contrasting them with what he perceives as a more appreciative attitude from “cross breeds”.
He specifically pointed out that many Ghanaian artists view obtaining a visa to travel abroad as a major achievement, leading them to disregard the support and contributions of others once they have secured it.
Mr. Logic shared a personal anecdote about a previous artist he managed who, after obtaining a UK visa, distanced themselves from him.
Despite these challenges, Mr. Logic expressed optimism about his current project with MoSpence, highlighting her appreciation for his efforts and her focus on success beyond just acquiring visas.
He emphasized that MoSpence does not measure success solely based on obtaining visas, stating, “Mo will not let me down. She does not need a visa to America and says since I’m going to America, I will not work with you”.
