Afrobeat sensation Camidoh recently made a surprising announcement about his team.
In a recent interview with DJ Slim on Daybreak Hitz, he disclosed that George Britton is no longer an official member of his team. Despite this development, Camidoh emphasized that there is no ill will between them.
“He is not officially part of my team now. He is not in the country and it’s not like there is bad blood or anything,” Camidoh said during the interview.
The talented musician also expressed pride in his achievements and stated that their contract termination was a normal part of the industry. “Yeah, we talk. It’s just okay when the contract ends. We even worked freely but now I’m proud of what he is trying to do,” he shared.
Camidoh went on to encourage George Britton to continue his good work and steer clear of hate speech. “It has just begun and people will see it from a different angle and call you names but only you understand the vision with which you’re doing what you’re doing, so I saw that in him as well and I was like, I think he should be that force that amplifies Ghanaian music on that side and I think he is doing that so I’m proud of him,” Camidoh added.
As Camidoh continues to promote his latest single, ‘Nothing Lasts Forever’, fans can expect more music from the talented artist on all streaming platforms.
