Disney Animation Studios has appointed Jared Bush as its new chief creative officer, taking over from Jennifer Lee. Bush, known for his work on “Encanto” and “Zootopia,” will oversee the studio’s creative output, including films, series, and projects.
Lee, who has been with Disney since 2011 and played a key role in the success of the “Frozen” franchise, will now focus on directing and writing the upcoming installments of the popular series.
Bush, a Disney veteran with over a decade of experience, is currently working on “Zootopia 2” and “Moana 2,” both scheduled for release in the coming years.
This leadership change signals a new era for Walt Disney Animation Studios, with Bush at the helm steering the future direction of the iconic animation studio.
