Accra came alive with excitement as the highly anticipated stage play “You Play Me I Play You” was officially launched on September 5, 2024, at the Accra Tourist Information Centre (ATIC).
Produced by Africa Arts Network (AAN), this collaborative effort between Ghana and Nigeria promises to enthrall audiences with its mix of humor, drama, and insightful commentary on the cultural dynamics between the two nations.
Penned by the late renowned Ghanaian playwright Efo Kodjo Mawugbe, the play is set to hit the stage at the National Theatre on November 8, 2024, and the Bukom Arena on November 9.
Directed by Fiifi Coleman, the production boasts a stellar cast including Ghana’s Jeneral Ntatia, Clemento Suarez, and Nigeria’s Brain Jotter.
