On June 24, 2024, the world mourned the sudden passing of Duck Duck Jeep Founder Allison Parliament. Allison, originally from Orillia, Ontario, Canada, was best known for starting the Duck Duck Jeep movement, which aimed to spread kindness and joy among Jeep owners worldwide.

Allison Parliament, CEO and founder of Duck Duck Jeep, was a compassionate individual who touched the lives of many. Before launching the movement, she obtained a degree in English and psychology from Auburn University at Montgomery and worked as a caregiver for several years. She later became an agent for New York Life Insurance Co. and also held a position as the head of marketing and sales for Andersen Medical Gas.

The idea for Duck Duck Jeep originated during the Covid pandemic, after Allison had a distressing encounter with someone. She decided to brighten someone’s day by placing a yellow rubber duck on a Jeep similar to hers. This gesture of kindness quickly caught on, and people around the world started placing rubber ducks on other Jeeps as a way to spread joy and create connections within the Jeep community.
