Prior to marrying Tony Evans, Carla was previously married to the late Dr. Robert Crummie, who sadly passed away on January 2, 2020.
Dr. Robert Crummie was a respected figure as the president of Carver Bible College and pastor of Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia.
Carla and Robert share two children together, Meagan and Robert II. Similarly, Tony Evans has four children from his marriage to his late wife, Lois Cannings, including Chrystal, Priscilla, Jonathan, and Anthony Jr.
Tragically, Tony Evans’ first wife, Lois, passed away on December 30, 2020, at the age of 70 from biliary cancer.
