Matt Damon, the Oscar winner, found love with Luciana Barroso after his split from Winona Ryder.
The couple tied the knot in a private Manhattan wedding ceremony on December 9, 2005, after two years of dating. Luciana, born on July 31, 1976, is an interior designer from Salta Province, Argentina.
In an interview, Matt credited Luciana for his success in acting, saying that she helped him become a professional actor by giving his best in every role, even when he knew it might not be a successful one.
The couple first met in Miami on April 5, 2003, with Matt filming for the comedy Stuck On You and Luciana working as a bartender in the area.
Luciana recalled their first meeting, where Matt approached her and helped her make a lot of money in tips that night behind the bar.
They instantly connected and 15 years later, have built a life together with three daughters; Isabella, Stella, and Gia. Luciana also has an older daughter named Alexia from her previous marriage.
