Former aide to Donald Trump, Hope Hicks, has been making headlines recently, not only for her involvement with the former President but also for her upcoming nuptials.
Hicks, who was known for being one of Trump’s most trusted aides, is set to tie the knot with her longtime partner, Jim Donovan.
Donovan, who is two decades older than Hicks, is the managing director and vice chairman for Goldman Sachs and also works as an adjunct professor for the University of Virginia’s School of Law. The couple has been together since 2020 and are now preparing to walk down the aisle in the summer of 2024.
Born on October 21, 1988, in Greenwich, Connecticut, Hicks began her career in modeling before transitioning to politics. She worked for the public relations firm Zeno Group before eventually joining the Trump Organization in 2014. Hicks went on to become Trump’s press secretary during his campaign and later served as the White House Director of Strategic Communications.
After leaving the White House in 2018, Hicks worked as the chief communications officer for Fox Corporation before returning to work for Trump during the 2020 presidential election. Following Trump’s loss, Hicks shifted to working as a communications consultant.
