The Try Guys, a popular YouTube group known for their entertaining and daring videos, have amassed over eight million subscribers since their debut on the platform in 2018.

Comprised of Keith Habersberger, Ned Fulmer, Zach Kornfeld, and Eugene Lee Yang, the group originally started creating content while working at BuzzFeed in 2014.

However, in 2018, they decided to part ways with BuzzFeed and establish their independent production company.

Recently, on September 27, 2022, The Try Guys announced that Ned Fulmer would no longer be a part of the group, citing a “thorough internal review” that led to the decision.

The members released a statement expressing their gratitude for their fans’ support during this transitional period. Shortly after, they posted a video on October 3, explaining the circumstances surrounding Ned’s departure.

In a more recent development, on May 22, 2024, it was disclosed that Eugene Lee Yang would be exiting The Try Guys to pursue other creative ventures.

Despite Eugene’s departure, the group plans to continue as a duo after wrapping up their upcoming season of content.

Zach Kornfeld and Keith Habersberger expressed mixed emotions about Eugene’s departure, acknowledging the necessity of change for their continued growth.

To cater to their fan base, The Try Guys launched a new streaming service called 2nd Try on May 22, 2024, offering exclusive content on a subscription basis.

This move allows them to create ad-free content and interact with their audience in a more personalized manner.

Although the group will now be operating as a duo, they remain committed to producing free content on YouTube for their loyal followers.
