Scorsese’s first marriage was to Laraine Marie Brennan, his university sweetheart whom he met while studying at New York University’s School of Film. Their union resulted in the birth of their daughter, Cathy, in 1965. After six years of marriage, the couple finalized their divorce.
Following his divorce from Laraine Marie Brennan, Scorsese married Julia Cameron, a playwright, filmmaker, and journalist. However, their marriage was short-lived, ending in 1977 but resulting in the birth of their daughter, Domenica. Scorsese went on to marry Isabella Rossellini, an Italian actress and model, in 1979.
