Target Circle members can now take advantage of the retail giant’s car seat trade-in event happening in April 2024. This event allows participating customers to earn a discount on up to two qualifying purchases by trading in their old car seats.

To participate in Target’s car seat trade-in event, members simply need to bring their old car seat or base to a nearby Target store and drop it in the designated box. By scanning the QR code on the box and tapping ‘Add to Target Circle Bonus,’ members can receive a bonus in their Target app Wallet. This bonus can then be applied to their next qualifying purchase and can be redeemed twice for even more savings.

The car seat trade-in event began on Sunday, April 14, and will end on Saturday, April 27, 2024. During this time, Target will accept and recycle all types of car seats, including infant car seats, convertible car seats, car seat bases, harness or booster seats, as well as expired or damaged car seats.

Target Circle members can make use of this bonus up to two times before it expires on Saturday, May 11, 2024. So, don’t miss out on this opportunity to save on essential baby items while also contributing to a more sustainable future by recycling your old car seats at Target.
