The Food Network has been the home to some of the most iconic cooking shows known to date. Ciao House is one such show that joined the beloved network in 2023; and here’s a look at everything we know about it.

Hosted by celebrity chefs Alex Guarnaschelli and Gabriele Bertaccini, Ciao House is a reality cooking show that follows 10 chefs living in a Tuscany, Italy 14th century villa.

The show sees competitors go through different cooking challenges until one person is left standing. The competitors must navigate alliances and rivalries as they pick their own teams and each week, the losing team must vote off one of their own.

The winner gets the opportunity to train with renowned Italian master chefs while immersing in culinary education around Italy. Additionally, the show’s production began filming a second season around late 2023, after the show’s production was renewed.

Ciao House season one is available to stream on Max, Discovery Plus, and FuboTV. It has not yet been announced when season two will begin, as season one premiered around mid-April.

Former Alinea Group chef Natalia “Boa” Rosario was the winner of season one of Ciao House. The winner fell in love with fine dining after spending her childhood at her father’s job at the Conquistador Resort in Puerto Rico.
