Angela Gutierrez, who gained fame for her appearance on the reality show My 600-lb Life, tragically passed away in 2023.
Angela was featured in season 7, episode 15 of the show, where viewers got a glimpse into her struggles with weight loss.
Despite undergoing weight loss surgery prior to her appearance on the show, Angela found it difficult to commit to the weight-loss program and unfortunately had barely begun her journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
Born in Cincinnati in 1973, Angela was known for her kind and loving nature. She was a dedicated supporter of RAMM and was always willing to help those in need. Angela was also a beloved grandmother and cherished her grandchildren and her cat, Trouble. After her appearance on My 600-lb Life, Angela continued to face challenges with her weight and health.
Tragically, Angela passed away at the age of 49 in March 2023 at Bethesda North Hospital in Ohio.
She is survived by her parents, her husband Salvador Gutierrez, her children Andrea and Christopher, her grandchildren, and other loving family members and friends.
