Prophet Nigel Gaisie, Founder and Leader of the Prophetic Hill Church, has affirmed the importance of prophecies delivered on 31st December, asserting they are genuine messages from God rather than human inventions.

In a candid interview on May 22, the respected cleric addressed the ongoing debate surrounding this annual tradition, which frequently faces criticism for predictions that forewarn doom and misfortune.

“Those who prophesy on the 31st night are expressing the mind of God,” Prophet Gaisie declared. He emphasized that divine communication occurs continuously, stating, “God speaks to us daily, even in this moment. We do not manufacture prophecies.”

The renowned prophet elaborated on the subjective nature of prophetic interpretation, noting that what one person perceives as negative might not hold the same weight for another. “The perception of a prophecy varies; it largely depends on who is receiving it,” he explained.

Gaisie also highlighted the reasons behind the intensified public interest in 31st December prophecies. While prophecies are shared throughout the year, the significance of Watch Night services, amplified by extensive media coverage, brings these messages to the forefront.

“On the 31st, major cameras capture the events in churches, making the prophecies more visible and often more controversial,” he noted.
