Stonebwoy’s wife, Dr. Louisa Satekla, has shown an act of kindness by making donations to a Stonebwoy fan who recently had his hand amputated after being involved in a motor accident.
The fan, named Samiru Laryea (Bhim Bwoy), received a visit from Dr. Louisa at the Surgical and Plastic Unit of the Bu Teaching Hospital on Tuesday, October 8, 2024.
During the visit, Dr. Louisa explained that they decided to support Samiru because he is a big fan and had an unfortunate accident that resulted in the amputation of his hand. The donation included a financial contribution to cover his expenses, as well as packs of water, drinks, and toiletries.
Even though Stonebwoy was not physically present, he took the time to speak to Samiru on the phone, offering words of encouragement and promising to visit him soon. The donation was made in the name of the Livingstone Foundation, an initiative by Stonebwoy that aims to support underprivileged individuals in society.
Reports indicate that the accident occurred when Samiru, who works as a loctician, had parked his motorbike at Korle Gorno to urinate and was hit by another bike. The incident led to the unfortunate amputation of his hand.
The gesture from Stonebwoy’s wife and the Livingstone Foundation reflects their commitment to supporting those in need and making a positive impact on the lives of others.
