Skonti, a well-known Ghanaian producer and artiste, recently expressed his admiration for Kofi Mole, whom he considers the best rapper in Ghana.
In an interview on Daybreak Hitz with Doreen Avio, Skonti praised Kofi Mole’s impressive delivery and style, emphasizing that these qualities set him apart in the rap scene.
Aside from discussing his musical preferences, Skonti also shared insights into his personal life, mentioning his close relationship with fellow artist Kwaw Kese. Interestingly, Skonti revealed that people often mistake him for Kwaw Kese’s younger brother, a misconception he humorously embraces.
Despite facing personal challenges, Skonti has successfully navigated his music career and family life, attributing his ability to balance both to having his own studio. This studio, which he co-owns with Kwaw Kese, has made the process of creating music much more manageable for him.
Furthermore, Skonti highlighted his approach to music production, explaining that he prefers to work with a select few artists rather than taking on numerous projects. This strategy allows him to showcase his skills effectively and maintain a consistent presence in the industry over the years.
With a music career spanning over a decade, Skonti has collaborated with several notable artists, including Rakil and Trigmatic.
