Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie has addressed accusations made by Kofi Mole regarding his absence during the video shoot for their song ‘Makoma’. Kofi Mole claimed that despite multiple attempts to contact Sarkodie for the shoot, he did not receive any response.
In a social media post, a user criticized Kofi Mole for not promoting the song enough and suggested taking action against him. In response, Kofi Mole explained that he was ready to shoot the video but did not hear back from Sarkodie or his team despite reaching out multiple times.
The director of the ‘Makoma’ video, Yaw Skyface, also confirmed that Sarkodie was not present on the two scheduled dates for the shoot. Sarkodie, on the other hand, expressed confusion over the situation and emphasized his commitment to collaborations.
This is not the first time Sarkodie has faced accusations of being unresponsive, as other artists such as Freddy Meiway, Yemi Alade, Samini, and Edem have also shared similar experiences.
