Afrobeats singer Tiwa Savage has revealed her struggle with declining eyesight on social media.
The singer took to Instagram stories to share her challenges over the past two to three years, discussing how reading has become increasingly difficult due to her blurry vision.
After consulting with an optician in London, Tiwa Savage learned that while her long-range vision is somewhat acceptable, her short-range vision is problematic. As a result, she has obtained a pair of recommended glasses to help address the issue.
The singer expressed her concerns, stating, “I have been noticing that I will be squinting sometimes and when I read some stuff, it would be getting blurry.” She added that her short-range vision has made it difficult to read menus in restaurants.
Despite the difficulties she has faced, Tiwa Savage is determined to continue looking and feeling her best. She shared that she has even invested in a luxury pair of glasses, emphasizing that “ABG don’t play” and asking her followers if she still looks sexy.
