There is nothing wrong with Lil Win featuring Nigerians in his movie – Charles Awurum to critics

Renowned Nollywood actor, Charles Awurum, has come out swinging against critics who are opposed to the inclusion of Nigerian actors in Lilwin’s latest movie, “A Country Called Ghana.”

In a recent interview, Mr. Logic praised Lil Win for bringing Nigerian superstars to Ghana but expressed his disapproval of their roles in the film, arguing that Nigerians may not accurately portray Ghanaian stories.

However, Charles Awurum has staunchly defended Lilwin’s decision, labeling the criticisms as foolish and stupid. He pointed out that there are Nigerians who reside in Ghana and understand the country’s stories and perspectives.

Awurum urged critics to reserve judgment until they have a grasp of the movie’s storyline and the purpose behind involving Nigerian actors. He accused those expressing negativity, including Mr. Logic, of being envious of Lilwin’s success and trying to hinder the progress of Ghana’s movie industry.

“It is funny and it is some few jealous people that are causing this. Some people who think Lilwin should not progress are the ones behind this. It is stupidity, it is foolishness because Lilwin is trying to grow the movie industry in Ghana and you are fighting to bring it down, which is bad,” remarked Charles Awurum.
