The dynamic Hiplife duo Keche has sparked a lively debate with their bold assertion that “secular musicians are the ones producing Gospel music.”
According to Keche, their music, while not explicitly religious, conveys positive messages that touch the hearts of listeners and can have a spiritual impact.
“I believe gospel songs are the ones we are doing… good music… We entertain people,” Keche stated.
To support their argument, the popular music duo referenced a Bible verse about loving one’s neighbor, drawing a parallel between their messages of optimism and fundamental Christian principles.
These surprising revelations were made during their appearance on the entertainment and lifestyle show ‘UPSIDE DOWN’ on Citi TV, hosted by Frema Adunyame and Nana Tuffour.
Comprising Joshua Kojo Ampah and Andrew Kofi Cudjoe, Keche gained widespread recognition with their debut album “Pressure” in 2008.
