Priscilla Presley and her granddaughter, Riley Keough, paid tribute to Lisa Marie Presley on what would have been her 56th birthday.
Priscilla shared an Instagram post showing a throwback photo of Lisa Marie while Riley posted an old photo with a simple caption on Instagram.
Lisa Marie passed away in January 2023 at the age of 54, prompting Priscilla and Riley to honor their family member on the anniversary of her death last month.
The cause of Lisa Marie’s death was concluded to be sequelae of small bowel obstruction following a medical procedure she underwent.
However, the aftermath of her death saw Priscilla challenging the validity of Lisa Marie’s will in court, although it was later settled.
Despite the unfortunate circumstances, Riley is preparing to release her mother’s autobiography in 2024, which she was working on before her death, to allow others to understand who her mother truly was and to create a deeper connection with her.
