Philip Nai and his friends are gearing up for the 5th edition of their annual charity event, Philip Nai and Friends.
After a successful gathering at the oncology unit of the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital last year, the team is excited to bring joy and support to the Agblezaa community on December 24, 2024.
The event promises a day of fun-filled activities including musical performances, health screenings, bottle flipping, Praise and Worship sessions, Sip and Paint, a Dancing Competition, and Musical Chairs.

Last year’s event saw the participation of musicians Nii Soul and Perez Musiq, who added their voices to the cause. Engaging both the children and their mothers, the event provided a moment of joy and respite for families facing challenging circumstances.
Key figures like Programmes Manager of Joy FM, Edem Knight-Tay, Dr. Grace Buckman from Sonotech Medical and Diagnostic Centre, Ghana’s Miss Universe 2023 representative Engracia Afua K. Mofuman, and Showbiz A-Z host Kwame Dadzie also showed their support at the event.
Philip Nai and Friends is a philanthropic initiative led by Philip Nai, a renowned producer at Joy FM under The Multimedia Group.
With a mission to spread love and kindness to the underprivileged through acts of service, the project aims to provide essential support such as food, clothing, medical care, and entertainment to those in need.
Having successfully organized this event for the past four years in different communities in Accra, Philip Nai hopes to expand the reach of the initiative across the country with the continued support of volunteers and sponsors.
